What genre are they working in?The genre Valverdas is working in for this project is Portraiture and Nudity but she generally works in the life category such as documentary photography, social documentary and street photography.

you normally see their work? Her work is mostly seen in books and magazines such as HotsShoe magazine and Evening Magazine which she has featured in a number of times,
What
subject matter do they normally shoot? Her main subject matter is people, from the work and projects i have researched, the subject matter are people.
How does
their work relate to your project? In this project her work relates to my project directly because it is about embracing all the beauties and imperfections of motherhood, from becoming pregnant , lactating, feeding , birth and all the wonders afterward, Like her i am trying to portray the amazing way i see mothers and how to love ones self.
What ideas
and techniques will you take into your own work after seeing these images? The idea of all the images are natural and almost candid appeal to me , but i do want to stage some images to almost glamour motherhood. I also like the idea of mostly natiral lighting and no studio work, mainly using ambient light.
